The ProfilGate® does an amazing job to keep your facilities clean and hygienic, but hundreds of dirty boots and tyres later, it needs a quick cleanup.
Follow these three simple steps to keep your ProfilGate® looking brand new!
Step 1:
Drain out any liquids in the trays by pulling out the plug to the drain and cleaning the trays using a pressure cleaner.
Step 2:
Place the brush grates against a wall and use a water hose to rinse off any excess dirt caught on the bristles.
Step 3:
Use a disinfectant to keep your ProfilGate® trays free from bacteria. Then, place the grates back onto the trays and your ProfilGate® is ready to go!

Requirements
Before making a decision, it must be clear what the site looks like, whether cleaning should take place inside, outside or both, and how wide the passageways are.
Vehicles and frequency
Which vehicles cross the clean-walking zone? Do shoe treads also need to be cleaned? How many crossings are made per day? If the frequency is higher, we recommend using a deeper tray because more dirt can be collected.
Maintenance intervals
The deeper the tray, the more dirt can fit in it and the longer the cleaning interval. This saves you work because the drip trays need to be cleaned less often.
